Evaporation Machine Introduction
Solvent Recovery Evaporator is the use of vacuum pressure, constant temperature heating conditions, using the rotating bottle constant speed rotation, the formation of large area thin film, high evaporation equipment installations.
Solvent Recovery Evaporator Advantages
Dual channel energy saving. Compared with the superior capacity of the smaller equipment of the spray drying equipment, it saves the unnecessary heat loss required by the thermal spray, and can reduce the heat loss of the evaporation and concentration equipment at any concentration.
The spray drying is operated under the condition of high temperature and high temperature, and the liquid solid crystalline horizontal thin film evaporator operates under the vacuum condition and can handle the heat sensitive material.
Facilitation & super efficient. It is convenient to operate with no transport link because of one evaporation process. At the same time, the strict requirement of the feed concentration of spray drying is compared, and the economic input and later labor of the evaporation and concentration equipment are reduced.
